The name Fansassy is derived from the initial names of Faraja Ngomuo and Sassylipo who were both very interested in travelling and adventurous activities.
Faraja Ngomuo has been a guide for a long time and now he is the director of Fansassy Tours and Safaris. Through his experience as a mountain guide, he wanted a room where he could practice his ideas and thoughts to reality. The company has brought together travel writers, tour consultants and guides among other people with great interest in tourism. Fansassy tours and safaris is owned by local people.
